From everyday essentials and fresh produce, useful services, to local art and crafts, plus a spot to sit and refresh in our café - we are here for villagers, visitors and anyone passing through. We have toilets, and a well used community noticeboard.
Everyday groceries, useful essentials and plenty of locally sourced favourites. Fruit & veg, milk & dairy, cooked & fresh meats, bread, cakes, biscuits & snacks, frozen foods, store cupboard essentials, household necessities, soft drinks, beer, cider & wines, stamps, newspapers, Payzone.
Eat in or take away. We serve freshly ground coffee, plus a range of teas and soft drinks. Pasties and sausage rolls are baked daily. Our cafe cakes are homemade in our own kitchen by our volunteer bakers. Take time to rest, refresh, and perhaps get chatting.
From original paintings, handmade lamps and shades, to felted creatures, soaps and candles - we stock a unique selection of art, crafts, cards and gifts from local makers.

North Molton Community Shop is more than somewhere to pick up the groceries. It is a community-owned village hub, a place to meet, chat, volunteer and keep an important local service thriving.
The shop and cafe is made possible by a team of over 45 volunteers who support our dedicated management team each day with a range of tasks. The doors opened in the iconic old school building in the village square, in July 2024, and the range of products and services is continually growing and adapting to the meet the needs of our community.
For many decades the original village shop, E Bulled & Sons, served and supported the community of the parish, providing more than a simple shop and post office services. The business closed its doors for the last time in December 2022.
North Molton Community Shop Ltd was established as a Community Benefit Society in May 2023, with the goal of creating a vibrant community shop and social hub for the residents and visitors of this parish.
